For as long as I can remember, weight was an issue for me. I worked out like a mad man and practically eliminated all fat from my diet. I've "lived" on egg whites & oatmeal for breakfast, tuna & rice for lunch, and chicken & broccoli for dinner. I've tried more protein shakes than you can imagine...
All the while, never achieving the long lasting weight loss I was after. Sure, I dropped weight. Heck, I even got super lean for a while ( then people started calling me "too skinny"!!). But, in the end, the weight always came back, and it got harder and harder to lose each time. Until I figured something out....
Today I look and feel better than ever, and it's all because I learned to "kick the habit". By the way, did you know that sugar has been shown in recent studies to be MORE addictive than cocaine! Yup, sugar is probably the worst "drug" on the market because it's addictive, legal, and encouraged... plus, it's in everything!
But it's not just sugar that can cause issues...
